Sugar snaps
Sugar snaps are good in many different dishes. They have a high protein content, which can make them a good substitute for animal products in the kitchen.

Our self-produced sugar snaps simply need to be rinsed under the tap - then they can easily be included in wok dishes and casseroles as a crunchy element - or try them in lasagna and bolognese.
