Snow peas
Origin

Snow peas were originally developed in Asia, but have later expanded to become a major food in both South and Central America.
​
Today, they are available all year round, especially from Central American producers, but as the first, Greenpeas also produces them in Europe - both in Denmark and Portugal.
​
Snow peas contain fiber and protein and can help put crispness and health on the agenda with their many good vitamins and minerals - but with a sweet and mild flavor spectrum.
​
Snow peas are additionally anti-inflammatory and contain antioxidants that help the body to have a healthy immune system.
