Sugar snaps contain many of the same minerals and vitamins as peas. It is only the amount that is slightly different. Peas are slightly heavier in protein, but both still have a high content. There is also a large amount of fiber and healthy carbohydrates, which can help with both hunger and digestion. 


In addition, sugar snaps are a good soldier to help you eat more anti-inflammatory.
