Productions

Denmark 

• Da Danish season starts at the end of April and runs until 1st of September.

• During this period, we can add large quantities of peas to the fieldthat and here is the day-to-day delivery. 

• In the Danish market, most operate with sæson agreement and based on estimates of their tonnage. 

Portugal

• The Portuguese season is starting approximately mid March - we start with peas and a little later the sugar snaps will come.

• The Portuguese season ends when the Danish season starts.

• Also, it starts up again on the other side, around September 1st with sugar snaps. 

Import

• Outside of the Danish and Portuguese seasons, we have the option of importing to the market.

• We import ourselves from small local producers in Italy and Spain - relationships that we have built up over many years. Sugar snaps are here sourced outside Europe from small producers in our network.  

• The products are of super quality - we have helped these manufacturers for several years to improve their products for the Danish market standards.
