Production

Haricot verts are grown, like peas, on smaller bushes which are harvested. They contain good nutrients and have many of the same benefits as both peas and sugar snaps.

Fine beans are significantly narrower than the slightly thicker bobby beans, and therefore do not require as much processing before eating.

Haricot verts naturally contain lectins, so they must be boiled before eating.
